This experiential workshop serves as an introduction to the Matrix Model. The foundation is learning the concept, practice and value of developing and maintaining a Matrix of person-to-person communication in the open. Participants experience the benefits of developing a relationship with each unique other person in the group. This introduction offers a map for transforming individuals, relationships and groups into truly interconnected, living systems. It is a model of conscious, inclusive leadership.
Objectives of this 2-day Introduction
- Learn to create highly inclusive system based on open, compassionate person-to-person communication and feedback.
- Increase awareness of how your personal and leadership style impacts others and the group.
- Identify and differentiate from the limiting, restrictive roles you take and are given (as well as those you allow others to fulfill).
- Develop increased freedom to express the fullness of yourself while supporting others.
- Resource yourself, the relationships, and the group in the intelligence of body, mind, heart and spirit.
- Remember the Sacred in each other; the Source that seeks to re-story us as one, divine, global, human community.
